A natural people’s person and a problem solver
Nothing motivates me to get up in the morning more than a challenge.
About Janardhan
I’m a Finance Transformation and Governance Leader with over 25 years of experience leading finance, FP&A, capital investments, and compliance in complex, multi-location environments.
At CONCOR, I manage a ₹1,800+ crore business cluster, driving ERP-enabled automation (Oracle 12i), strengthening internal controls, and advising leadership on investment and performance decisions.
My core strength is combining financial discipline, technology, and human leadership to build finance functions that support both growth and control.
“Read My Story” - scroll down to My Journey section.
I was born in a small village in Telangana, and at the age of six, I was affected by polio. Both my legs stopped working. For many years, I attended school on my hands, crawled to bus stops, and found ways to move forward when the world wasn't built for someone like me.
What I did have was support, curiosity, and a belief that education could change my life.
I studied in Telugu medium up to graduation, often balancing classes with physical challenges and financial constraints. Step by step, I moved from village schools to university ranks:
University 3rd Rank in B.Com
All-round 1st Rank & Gold Medal in M.Com (Finance) from Osmania University
Followed by MBA (Finance), PGDFM, and PGDIBO
Over time, I grew from an entry-level finance role to Deputy General Manager – Finance & Accounts at CONCOR, leading large-scale finance operations, digital transformation, and strategic decision support for a multi-thousand crore business.
My journey taught me three things that guide my leadership today:
Constraints are real, but they are not final
Discipline and learning compound over time
The right systems - whether in life or in finance - can transform outcomes
That is the mindset I bring to every organisation I work with: clarity, resilience, and a quiet, consistent drive to improve things.
